Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your desired product and size, then add it to your cart. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We move quickly to process orders. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pushcltv.com with your order number.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations may be requested within a short window after purchase. Approved cancellations will be issued as PUSH Collective store credit, which does not expire.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. PUSH Collective offers free shipping on orders over $150.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

My package says delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location

  2. Confirm with household members or neighbours

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Restocks vary by collection. Follow PUSH Collective on social media or subscribe to our email list to be the first to know about future releases, restocks, and exclusive drops.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for PUSH Collective store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all tags attached

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available for approved faulty or defective items. All other approved returns will be issued as PUSH Collective store credit.

Are sale items eligible for return?

No. All sale items, promotional purchases, event purchases, and gift cards are final sale.
